Cancellation within 24 Hours or No-Show:

Clients who cancel their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled consultation time or fail to attend their appointment (no-show) will be charged the full consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be retained by Quiet Corner Naturopathy.

Cancellation Outside 24-Hour Window:

Clients who cancel their appointment outside the 24-hour window preceding their scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Refunds will be processed promptly using the original payment method.

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may request to reschedule their appointment outside the 24-hour cancellation window without incurring any additional charges. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time. We are happy to transfer your prepaid credit to the rescheduled appointment to ensure a smooth transition and maintain your access to our services.

Booking and Payment Policy:

Clients are required to pay the consultation fee at the time of booking to secure their appointment slot. This prepayment helps us maintain our schedule and ensures that our clients receive timely and personalised care.
