• Naturopathy is a complementary approach to healthcare that works alongside conventional medicine, supporting your body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. It combines time-honoured practices with modern scientific insight.

At Quiet Corner Naturopathy, we offer thoughtful, individualised care using Western herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, and practical dietary and lifestyle support — all tailored to help you feel calmer, more supported, and confident in your health.

  • Naturopathy is for anyone and everyone! We can help with:

    • Stress, anxiety & mental health — chronic stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, nervous system dysregulation

    • Sleep & fatigue — difficulty falling or staying asleep, non-restorative sleep, low energy, brain fog

    • Stress-related digestion — bloating, reflux, abdominal discomfort, irregular bowel motions

    • Hormonal imbalances — PMS, PMDD, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause affecting mood and sleep

    • Overall wellbeing — improving resilience, energy, nutrition, and sustainable self-care habits

  • As of April 2025, the Australian Government has endorsed the reinstatement of private health insurance rebates for naturopathy, following recommendations from the Natural Therapies Review Expert Advisory Panel.

This means that, depending on your health fund and policy, you may soon be eligible to claim rebates for naturopathic services.

It's important to note that this change is subject to individual health insurers' decisions, and not all may offer these rebates immediately. We recommend contacting your insurer to register your interest in naturopathy.
